General Statement of Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the development of new products, stock inventory, people management, hygiene management, and production management to ensure customer requirements are identified and fulfilled.
Duties:
- Develops new products
- Plans the production schedule
- Ensures proper training to team members
- Manages inventory
- Creates Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reports
- Ensures regular maintenance of the machines
