Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Non-IT positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment role, specifically in Non-IT sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.
Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
