Manager / Sr. Manager / Asst. GM – E-commerce Logistics

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business growth in cross-border and last mile delivery logistics for e-commerce.

Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and revenue in Kuwait and GCC.

Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Understand and tailor logistics solutions based on customer needs.

Coordinate with operations, customs, and warehouse teams to maintain service quality.

Monitor KPIs such as delivery success rate, transit time, and cost efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Lead go-to-market strategies for new services or regions.
