Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Claims Lead to manage and oversee the end-to-end claims process. The role involves handling claim operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, leading a team, and maintaining high service standards.
Experience
7 to 10 years of experience in claims operations
Education
Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred)
Salary

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete claims lifecycle from initiation to closure
Review and approve claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
Lead and mentor the claims team to achieve performance targets
Monitor claim processing timelines and ensure adherence to SLAs
Handle escalations and resolve complex claims-related issues
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for claim processing
Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance
Analyze claim data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
