The candidate will play a key role in identifying commercial leasing opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth liaisoning with authorities and clients.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of commercial leasing processes and documentation
Experience in liaisoning with authorities and stakeholders
Good networking and relationship management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Profile
Experience in real estate, commercial leasing, or property management
Familiarity with the Bangalore commercial property market
Candidate with strong local network will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Business Development:
Identify and secure commercial leasing opportunities
Develop relationships with property owners, brokers, and corporate clients
Handle end-to-end leasing transactions from inquiry to closure
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate lease terms, rentals, and agreements
Ensure timely closure of leasing deals as per business targets
Liaisoning & Coordination:
Coordinate with government authorities, legal teams, and local bodies
Manage approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements
Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
Identify potential commercial properties and expansion opportunities
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain lease agreements and related documentation
Track leasing activities and prepare regular reports
