Role: Senior Underwriter (US Workers' Compensation)
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (100% Office-based)
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Experience Requirements:
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Total Experience: 9+ years of professional experience.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years specifically in US Workers' Compensation Underwriting.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of US insurance regulations, risk assessment, and Workers' Comp policy structures.
Logistics: Must be comfortable with a permanent night shift and working from the Whitefield office 5 days a week.

Risk Evaluation: Reviewing and underwritting complex US Workers' Compensation risks to determine eligibility and pricing.
Portfolio Management: Managing a book of business while ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and statutory regulations.
Decision Making: Authorizing policy renewals, declinations, and mid-term adjustments based on loss history and safety data.
Collaboration: Working closely with US-based brokers or agents during the night shift to facilitate seamless business operations.
