Role Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on operations leader to take full ownership of our Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions. This role is critical for a business driven by heavy equipment, OEM parts, and aftermarket distribution. The ideal candidate will be a process-led leader capable of ensuring 100% inventory accuracy, disciplined logistics execution, and scalable warehouse operations.
Candidate Profile
Industry Background: Experience in OEM parts, heavy equipment, industrial distribution, automotive aftermarket, or high-SKU spare parts environments.
Operational Rigor: A "boots-on-the-ground" leader who is comfortable with both physical warehouse execution and system/ERP process control.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to handle audit compliance, inventory carrying cost improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
Leadership Style: Assertive enough to build control on the ground while bringing the process rigor required for scaling.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operations: Oversee all warehousing, logistics, transport coordination, and documentation.
Inventory Control: Own the reconciliation process to ensure physical inventory always matches system data; eliminate leakages and stock discrepancies.
SOP Enforcement: Implement and drive strict compliance with SOPs across inwarding, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns.
Performance Metrics: Drive warehouse productivity, dispatch accuracy, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
Cost Optimization: Improve logistics and freight cost efficiency while maintaining high service reliability and SLA adherence.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor on-ground operating teams, fostering a culture of accountability and discipline.
Reporting: Build and maintain operational dashboards, review cadences, and control mechanisms for senior management.
