Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Providenciales or Grand Turk (Turks and Caicos Islands)

Contract Duration: Minimum 3 Years

Vacancies: 3 (Male candidates as per client requirement)

Monthly Budget: $2,000 USD + Performance Incentives (Negotiable)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales or B2B Sales

1. Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This is a front-line, target-oriented role that requires a high degree of self-motivation, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to represent the brand professionally in a multicultural market.

 

3. Candidate Profile

Experience & Education:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales-driven environment (Real Estate, Construction, Automobiles, or Luxury Retail preferred).

Education: Graduate in any stream; a background in Business or Marketing is an advantage.

International Readiness: Must be willing to commit to a 3-year relocation and hold a valid passport.

Key Skills:

Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value transactions.

Communication: Flawless verbal and written English is mandatory.

Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an international setting.

Driving: Must have a valid driving license (or be willing to obtain a local TCI license quickly).

2. Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

Identify and approach potential B2B or B2C clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored proposals to meet client needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and service agreements to close deals effectively.

Account Management

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high retention.

Act as a bridge between the customer and the backoffice/operations team to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.

Address client grievances promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Reporting

Monitor competitor activity and market trends in TCI to suggest strategic pricing or product adjustments.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts to the management.

Ensure all sales documentation and collections are completed as per company policy.
