Role Objective
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and market expansion in the Bengaluru region. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring brand presence across the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales or area management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an advantage).
Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and license as the role requires extensive local travel.
Personal Attributes: High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new business opportunities within the assigned territory in Bengaluru.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving volume and maintaining healthy dealer/distributor relationships.
Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the local sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales forecasts to the regional head.
Customer Relationship: Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
