Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
  • Variable Pay: ₹2,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (performance-based)
  • Total Earning Potential: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum
  • Variable Criteria: Signed enterprise contracts, MRR targets, and pipeline milestones

Experience & Education

  • Experience: 3–6 years in B2B Sales / Enterprise Business Development / Account Management
  • Industry Background: Packaging, FMCG, Sustainability, D2C, or related sectors
  • Education: Graduate (any discipline; Science, Commerce, or Engineering preferred)
  • Post-Graduation: MBA preferred (not mandatory)
  • Certifications: B2B sales, sustainability, or digital marketing certifications are a plus

Role Summary

This is a high-ownership, hunter role focused on building and converting an enterprise pipeline. The Business Development Manager will drive the complete sales cycle—from outreach to contract closure—while engaging with founders, procurement heads, and brand leaders across industries.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a target list of enterprise clients across D2C, QSR, retail, apparel, and hospitality segments
  • Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate dispatch of sample kits and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Schedule and conduct discovery and sales meetings with decision-makers
  • Present product solutions and value propositions effectively
  • Qualify leads, manage pipeline stages, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, delivery, and execution
  • Drive revenue milestones and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report weekly pipeline updates to leadership

Skills & Competencies

Communication & Language Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Fluency in Hindi for pan-India outreach
  • Regional language (e.g., Telugu) is an advantage
