Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Trainer & Audit Manager who will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs while ensuring quality through regular audits. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of training methodologies, and experience in process audits.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback
  • Conduct workshops, sessions, and refresher training programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes

Audit & Quality Management:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure process compliance and quality standards
  • Develop audit frameworks, checklists, and SOPs
  • Identify gaps and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Monitor and report audit findings to management

Team Management:

  • Mentor and guide team members on training and quality processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business goals
