Manager – Engineering and Design

Engineering & Design
Lead the design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment systems including ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, and advanced treatment technologies.
Develop detailed engineering packages based on project specifications and client requirements.
Prepare, review, and approve engineering deliverables such as:
Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Hydraulic Flow Diagrams (HFDs)
General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
Fabrication and sectional drawings
Perform hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and process design calculations.
Design plant layouts, piping systems, skids, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Prepare technical datasheets and specifications for pumps, blowers, instruments, and mechanical equipment.
Review civil and structural drawings to ensure design compatibility.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Project Execution & Coordination
Manage end-to-end project execution from concept development to commissioning.
Conduct site visits for technical assessments, field data collection, and client discussions.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, procurement teams, and internal departments.
Support project planning, cost estimation, material requirement planning, and scheduling activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead cross-functional engineering and project teams.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project management teams for smooth project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and project review sessions.
