Project Manager (EGM)

1. Project Delivery & Production Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) and Slot Game titles from concept to launch.
• Manage 3–5 game titles simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and release calendars.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, milestone reviews, and production meetings.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Design, Math, Art, Animation, Engineering, Audio, and QA teams.

2. Game Development Coordination

• Coordinate game development activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Manage dependencies between game design, mathematics, engineering, and art production.
• Monitor game feature implementation and ensure delivery aligns with project requirements.
• Facilitate smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Math & Platform Integration Management

• Coordinate math model handoffs between game designers, math vendors, and engineering teams.
• Review PAR sheets, RTP configurations, hit frequencies, volatility settings, reels, and bonus mechanics.
• Manage platform integrations and cabinet compatibility requirements.
• Coordinate firmware updates, hardware testing, and EGM platform deployment activities.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAS/GSA-based gaming platforms.

4. Certification & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage game certification processes with regulatory testing labs such as GLI, BMM, and equivalent agencies.
• Prepare and submit certification packages, documentation, and compliance artifacts.
• Coordinate defect resolution during certification testing cycles.
• Monitor compliance with US gaming regulations, tribal regulations, and Class II/Class III requirements.
• Manage change control processes after certification submission.
• Assess recertification risks and regulatory impacts of proposed changes.

5. Vendor Management

• Manage outsourced vendors across:
  • Mathematics
  • Art & Animation
  • Audio Production
  • QA Services
  • Certification Agencies
• Define project scope, Statements of Work (SOWs), deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Resolve escalations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendor partners as business scales.

6. Budget & Resource Management

• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and production costs.
• Monitor project burn rates and forecast resource requirements.
• Identify budget risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support leadership in capacity planning and team allocation.

7. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare weekly project status reports highlighting:
  • Progress
  • Risks
  • Blockers
  • Budget Status
  • Decisions Required
• Present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between India and US-based teams.
• Coordinate across different time zones to ensure project continuity.

8. Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in production methodologies and workflows.
• Enhance project management processes, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices for Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery models.
• Improve project visibility through dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
