Detailed Work Profile:
- Assist in running kitchen initially and be able to take over after probation period 2. Handle preparations prior to opening time
- Handle basic dishes without supervision (even initially)
- Work quickly and accurately even during busy periods
- Work under the direction and supervision of Management
Contract Duration- 1 year contract including 6 months probation. Renewable thereafter

Additional Info: Candidates with a background in Continental Cuisine will be preferred. Candidates will receive on-the-job training. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, be willing to learn and handle the pressures of a fast-paced kitchen
