Primary Responsibilities :

The Client wants a candidate with not much experience. They are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., ASHA, RCSLT) is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, specifically in speech therapy.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults with various speech and language disorders.
Skills:
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills to evaluate speech and language disorders.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with the latest research and trends in speech-language pathology.
- Understanding of cultural competencies and practices in a diverse environment.
Certifications:
- Valid professional license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the UAE.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
