Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the Kuwait market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Relationship Management:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in networking and developing partnerships.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
