Roles & Responsibilities
 Handle online portals
 Should know Queue process.
 Should possess good knowledge of GDS systems.
 Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.
 Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
 Should have knowledge of Issuing group and individual tickets
 Should have knowledge of Generating PNR, Fare constructions & Coordination with
Airlines.
 Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e.,
Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.
 Responsible for Revenue generation for the company.
Required Skills
 A Bachelor s Degree is a must.
 Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field
Experience Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in ticketing or customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Familiarity with ticketing software and systems.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and software related to ticketing and reservations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service:
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of travel regulations and ticketing policies.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations.
Availability:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Language:
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
