Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title Logistics coordinator

Detailed Work Profile
 
ï‚· receiving bookings and organizing required transport/equipment for multimodal shipments
ï‚· accurate preparation and completion of export/import cargo documentation
ï‚· liaising directly via email and telephone with shippers, consignees, shipping lines, hauliers, customs agents, forwarders, and SSL oversees offices/operations staff
ï‚· provide accurate and consistent reports to customers (tracking, issues, delivery schedules etc)
ï‚· data entry into the in-house transport and accounts systems
ï‚· raising sales invoices
