Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts, pastry arts, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery.
- Experience in high-volume production environments is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in pastry techniques including cake decorating, baking, and sugar work.
- Knowledge of various types of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Creativity:
