Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Field Welder Department: Crusher Site
Detailed Work Profile:
- Perform welding and cutting activities on various machines, including crushers, vibrating screens, and conveyors.
- Maintain site cleanliness and perform general labor activities, such as shoveling around belts and crushers.
- Conduct daily checks on conveyors, screen decks, and crusher boxes.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Report crusher issues and required wear parts to the supervisor promptly.
- Monitor plant operations to ensure safety and consistent production.
- Listen for unusual noises or indications of errors.
- Maintain strong communication with the panel operator for efficient and safe workflow.
- Remove buildup from under or around crushers and beltlines.
- Inspect belt scale, clean daily, and record scale readings.
Experience Requirements:
