Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, with a preference for those who have worked on establishing clean room facilities. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering projects.
- Experience in clean room facility establishment preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cochin.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Salary: Based on candidate's profile.
Working Hours: Only Sunday and national holidays off.
