Job Description: Production Supervisor

Detailed Work Profile:
1. Production Management:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met and that products are delivered on time.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
2. Staff Management:
- Supervise production staff.
- Schedule and manage production team shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
3. Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the boutique’s standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.
- Work with the production team to develop and refine production techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with designers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Communicate production status and any issues to management.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand product specifications and requirements.
