Job Description:
Reporting to Area Sales Manager
Job Location: Trivandrum.
CTC :- 3.0 Lpa + Conveyance Allowances per month + Incentives + Yearly Bonus
Job Criteria:
*Should have experience of 2 years in Channel Distribution in Retail(Consumer Durable Products and should have done channel sourcing)
* Should have handled a team of minimum 2 and maximum 10 members.
Education Qualification - Any Graduate/Diploma (No Back logs/Arrears)
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve sales target of the district
- To plan and set sales targets of Sales Associates reporting to him/her
- To identify business opportunities in the district and prepare proposals for acquisition of new POS (Point of Sales)
- To meet target of new POS acquisition in the district
- To prepare Weekly POS Visit Plan and visit them accordingly
- To review each POS based on set parameters during each visit and report findings
- To manage retailer relationships and to develop local sales network
- To do competitor analysis and be aware of market trends and performance
- To be able to plan, prepare and execute strategies to improve sales and quality of sales
- To manage a team of Sales Associates, monitor, motivate and improve their performance
- To conduct daily sales meetings at pre decided locations to foster positive thinking and share best practices
- To review performance of Sales Associates
- To be able to handle dealer requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with back office to mitigate the same

- Experience in Field Sales Management: Proven experience managing a sales team in the field, overseeing sales operations, and meeting sales targets.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in the specific industry (e.g., FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology) is highly beneficial, though not always mandatory.
- Sales Target Achievement: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets at the district or regional level.
3. Core Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage a team of sales representatives. Ability to manage performance, provide training, and foster team development.
