Experience Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
- Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong expertise in web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, or Node.js).
- In-depth knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
System Design & Architecture:
- Strong skills in designing scalable and efficient system architectures.
- Experience in microservices and distributed systems is an advantage.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Industry Standards:
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and industry standards for software quality.
- Experience in compliance with regional or international software regulations is a plus.
Adaptability and Cultural Awareness:
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced work environment in Kuwait.
- Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait and work on-site as required.
