Experience Requirements:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned area.
- Create a detailed sales plan based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the client base.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual targets for team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns in the assigned area.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Monitor and track sales performance and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Take corrective actions where necessary to ensure sales goals are met.
