Primary Responsibilities :
- Key Responsibilities.
- LOS/LMS Implementation: Take a leadership role in implementing the LOS/LMS application and associated systems, ensuring a seamless and effective integration.
- Loan Cycle Management: Manage the complete loan cycle for mortgages and unsecured business loans, encompassing disbursement, post-disbursement documentation, banking, repayment management (ECS/PDC/NACH), receipting, closures, servicing, and reconciliation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, offering guidance, support, and expertise to ensure the team's success.
- Performance Management: Set and communicate performance goals for team members, regularly monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- MIS Reporting: Assume responsibility for key reporting in Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
- SOP Documentation: Oversee the development, maintenance, and management of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, fostering streamlined operations and adherence to compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service) to align digital initiatives with business needs.
- Manage external vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
- Compliance & Risk:
- Ensure digital solutions comply with RBI regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Establish robust controls for digital processes to mitigate operational risk.
- Required Skills & Tools:
- Excellent command of MS Office tools: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (mandatory)
- Familiarity with loan origination and management systems (LOS/LMS)
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulatory environment and compliance requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
MBA or certification in Digital Transformation is a plus
- Experience:
10-15 years of experience in Operations or Digital Transformation, preferably in the NBFC
Proven experience in managing automation and digitization projects
