About the Role
omniXM is scaling rapidly across Fitness, Restaurants, Hotels, and Contract Food Services, and we are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our demand generation engine.
This is a high-ownership, execution-driven role for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch, running experiments, and driving measurable pipeline impact. You will own the full growth funnel—from acquisition to conversion to revenue influence.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and social
Build and scale vertical-specific funnels for Fitness, Restaurants, and Hotels
Drive MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion in partnership with Sales
Own campaigns end-to-end: strategy → execution → reporting → optimization
Website & Conversion Optimization
Own landing pages, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent positioning and messaging
Improve demo booking rates, lead quality, and funnel efficiency
Lifecycle Marketing
Build nurture workflows and automated sequences
Design onboarding, re-engagement, and upsell/cross-sell campaigns
Support retention and expansion initiatives through targeted messaging
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with SDRs and AEs to refine ICPs, messaging, and sales enablement
Translate product updates into clear GTM campaigns
Partner with marketing ops on automation, attribution, and tooling
Analytics & Reporting
Own dashboards for CAC, CPL, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline impact
Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership
Optimize budget allocation based on ROI and channel performance
Required Experience & Skills
4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools (mandatory)
Proven track record of pipeline and revenue growth
Strong execution mindset with a bias for action
Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus / Nice to Have
Experience in vertical SaaS (fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurants)
Experience supporting US or international sales teams
Hands-on exposure to Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS
