- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and staff scheduling efficiently
- Handle calls, messages, and client inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain client records, preferences, and service history
- Ensure the reception area reflects the brand’s luxury standards
Sales & Revenue Management
- Promote salon and spa services, packages, memberships, and retail products
- Upsell and cross-sell services tailored to client needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients
- Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery gracefully
- Follow up with clients for rebooking and promotions
Team Coordination
- Coordinate between therapists, stylists, and management
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Support staff with scheduling and operational requirements
