Role Overview
We are looking to hire a Growth Associate who will work directly with the Founder across all key functions of an upcoming D2C vertical. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role ideal for an early-career professional eager to learn, build, and scale a consumer brand.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute D2C revenue growth initiatives
Work hands-on with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Amazon marketplace operations
Assist in budgeting, analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
Support social media marketing and brand-building activities
Work across business operations, marketing, growth, and execution
Assist with the legacy export business operations across Europe and the USA
Candidate Profile
Undergraduate from a Tier-1 college or prior experience with a D2C brand
0–3 years of experience (early-career candidates encouraged to apply)
Preferable exposure to D2C revenue growth
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Amazon selling is a strong plus
Strong interest in social media, branding, and growth marketing
Comfortable working closely with leadership and taking end-to-end ownership
Curious, execution-driven, and eager to build systems from scratch
