Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Wood Coating Paints to drive business growth for Rhenocoll products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of wood coating paints, their applications, and hands-on experience in sales within the paint industry.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Promote wood coating paint products to dealers, distributors, and end users
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Provide technical guidance on paint applications and product usage
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–6 years of sales experience in the paint industry
Strong knowledge of wood coating paints and their applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
