Any Graduate / MBA / relevant professional qualification.

Strong exposure to Delhi NCR and North India Government / PSU markets.
Proven experience handling large government tenders and long sales cycles.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Government Sales Leader to drive growth across Central & State Government, Defense, and PSU accounts. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact role focused on owning strategic accounts, navigating complex government procurement processes, and closing large cybersecurity deals across SaaS-based security offerings, SOC Operations, and MSSP services.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets across Central Government, State Government, Defense, and PSU accounts.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Government, Defense, and PSU customers.
Build strong relationships with key government stakeholders, procurement officials, and decision-makers.
Manage the complete government sales lifecycle, including EOI / RFI / RFQ / RFP responses, bid management, negotiations, and contract closures.
Ensure full compliance with government procurement policies, tender guidelines, and statutory regulations.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design compliant and competitive solutions.
Maintain a 6–8× healthy pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasting.
Represent the organization at government meetings, industry forums, defense exhibitions, and public-sector events.
Drive ARR growth across VAPT, GRC, cybersecurity audits, compliance, and critical infrastructure security services.
Drive account expansion through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Strategic Government Sales
Engage with cybersecurity leadership across ministries, state e-governance bodies, smart cities, defense establishments, and PSUs.
Lead long-cycle government deals, including empanelments, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
Position solutions around risk reduction, cyber resilience, and regulatory compliance, including CERT-In guidelines.
Account Leadership
Own and manage strategic government accounts with structured account plans and multi-threaded engagement.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic review sessions.
Drive cross-sell and upsell across security testing, managed security services, and compliance portfolios.
Ecosystem & Alliances
Work with MSPs, System Integrators, GeM sellers, and Cloud OEMs (AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive co-sell and joint bidding opportunities.
Represent the organization at government cybersecurity forums, national conferences, and public-sector summits.
