Primary Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Personal Brand Development
• Develop and execute a consistent and compelling personal branding strategy for the founders.
• Define the tone, style, and positioning aligned with AIS Group’s vision and business goals.
• Curate and manage a strong founder persona focused on AI, technology leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
• LinkedIn Strategy & Growth
• Create and post high-value, engaging LinkedIn content (thought leadership, industry commentary, personal stories, etc.).
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for discoverability, credibility, and engagement.
• Manage interactions, DMs, comments, and engagement to boost visibility and connect with target audiences.
• Implement growth hacks to increase followers, engagement, and inbound inquiries.
• Lead & Channel Partner Generation
• Use personal branding and content strategy to drive leads for AIS services and channel partnerships.
• Identify and connect with potential franchise partners, collaborators, and clients via the founder’s network.
• Strategize and implement content campaigns to promote franchise opportunities.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor performance of content and profile reach weekly.
• Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and leads generated through personal branding.
• Adjust strategy based on performance data to maximize ROI.
Experience Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn personal brands (especially founders or CEOs).
• Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, inbound lead generation, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with tech/startup ecosystems and digital marketing trends.
• Tools knowledge: LinkedIn tools (Shield, Taplio, AuthoredUp, etc.), Canva or Figma, analytics dashboards.
