Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Equipment, Rock Breakers & Hydraulics
Location: Belgaum – M Square Mall, Kanabargi Road, Mahantesh Nagar, Belgaum – 590016
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of spare parts, rock breakers, and hydraulic solutions for excavators, JCBs, and other heavy construction equipment. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales and collection targets in and around Belgaum.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate sales for:
Excavator, JCB, and heavy construction equipment spare parts
Rock breakers (complete units and spare parts)
Hydraulic systems, components, and related solutions
Identify and develop new customer accounts, including:
Contractors
Equipment rental companies
Individual machine owners and fleet owners
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Targets, Reporting & Collections
Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
Field & Coordination Activities
Conduct regular field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to expand market reach.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order processing and deliveries.
Support end-to-end sales execution from order booking to payment realization.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Graduate or Diploma holder (Mechanical or Commerce preferred, but not mandatory).
Experience
1–3 years of experience in sales of:
Construction equipment
Spare parts, rock breakers, hydraulics, or related industrial products
Freshers with strong interest in field sales may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
