Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Executive to manage and oversee hospital facility operations, maintenance, safety, and compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in healthcare environments and the ability to handle critical infrastructure, vendor coordination, and emergency situations efficiently.
Detailed Work Profile / Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance
Oversee day-to-day hospital facility operations
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems
Safety, Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and statutory requirements
Support NABH, JCI, fire safety, and other accreditation processes
Equipment & Asset Management
Manage hospital engineering equipment and assets
Maintain asset registers and AMC schedules
Energy & Utility Management
Monitor and optimize power, water, medical gas, and HVAC usage
Ensure uninterrupted utility services
Emergency & Risk Management
Handle emergency breakdowns and disaster situations
Participate in mock drills and emergency preparedness activities
Vendor & Contract Management
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Monitor service quality, SLAs, and contract compliance
Staff Supervision & Coordination
Supervise facility staff, technicians, and outsourced teams
Ensure shift planning and task allocation
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs, checklists, compliance records, and reports
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Educational Qualifications
Graduation: Preferable
Post-Graduation: Preferable
Special Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Management
