Job Overview
The Receptionist cum Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling communication, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Reporting
Reports to the Admin / Office Manager.
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Greet visitors courteously and direct them to the concerned department or person.
Handle EPABX/console operations, receive incoming calls, and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor registers, incoming and outgoing courier records, and employee attendance registers.
Maintain inward billing registers and distribute bills to the respective departments.
Screen and manage emails related to front office operations.
Handle office administration tasks including coordination with housekeeping staff, office boys, and security personnel.
Order stationery, monitor usage, and maintain accurate stock records.
Assist colleagues and departments whenever required.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper upkeep of the front office area at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Presentable personality with professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently.
