Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient design coordination, installation, testing, and maintenance while complying with international standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
12–15 years of proven experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP-related software.
Preferred
Experience in international projects.
Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, review, and supervise MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting).
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
Manage troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and system optimization.
Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Support project handover and post-installation coordination.
