Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of site engineering experience in construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of site execution, quality, and safety practices.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in basic reporting and MS Office tools.
Preferred
Experience in large-scale or international projects.
Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards.
Ability to work in fast-paced site environments.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance on site.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Ensure proper material usage, storage, and site housekeeping.
Support testing, inspections, and quality control activities.
Assist in project handover and close-out documentation.
