Position: Sales Manager
Location: West Bengal
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team across the West Bengal region.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B / B2C sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive targets and manage regional sales operations.
Knowledge of the West Bengal market is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
