Business Central Technical Manager
Overall
We are seeking an experienced Business Central Technical Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead ERP development, customization, and integration initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Business Central solutions and DSVC add-ons.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role
Expert-level proficiency in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and extension development
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data modeling, and business process automation
Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and integration frameworks
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex ERP projects
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and version control tools (e.g., Git)
Salary Range
THB 80,000 – THB 120,000 per month
(Final compensation will depend on candidate expertise and experience.)

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across projects
Define and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and quality benchmarks for AL, integrations, and DevOps
Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers and technical consultants
ERP Strategy & Governance
Collaborate with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Product Specialists to align ERP capabilities with business objectives
Own the technical roadmap for Business Central, including upgrades, extensions, and integrations
Evaluate Microsoft updates and emerging technologies to future-proof DSVC add-ons and customer solutions
Project & Delivery Management
Oversee technical delivery of ERP projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, product specialists, partners, and customers
Manage technical risks, change control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Integration & Infrastructure
Design, implement, and manage integration solutions
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Business Central solutions, extensions, and DSVC add-ons
Collaborate with internal and customer infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance and system resilience
