The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our Digital Marketing & Product Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, managing client relationships, and expanding our product and service footprint across global markets.
This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing solutions, consultative sales, and strategic business development.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Product & Service Expertise
Develop in-depth understanding of AIS Innovate’s product and digital marketing solutions.
Conduct impactful product presentations and demos tailored to client requirements and business challenges.
Strategic Business Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand into global markets including the US, UK, Middle East, and other regions.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Pipeline & Sales Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Gather client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with prospects and clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align customer feedback and market insights with business strategies.
Support campaign planning and branding initiatives.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding solutions.
Familiarity with tools such as:
Google Analytics
SEMrush
Ahrefs
HubSpot
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale digital marketing or branding deals.
Ability to present ROI-driven marketing strategies and performance metrics to clients.
Existing industry network or client base will be an added advantage.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Digital Marketing Sales, or IT/Marketing solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and branding strategies.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Strong client relationship management and strategic thinking abilities.
