Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate digital printing machines as per production requirements
Monitor print runs to ensure color consistency and print quality
Troubleshoot technical and maintenance issues related to digital machines
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Ensure proper material handling and knowledge of substrates used in digital printing
Maintain production targets and deadlines
Conduct quality checks during and after print production
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Be flexible to work in shifts and extended hours if required
Technical Knowledge Required
Hands-on experience with digital printing machines
Knowledge of printing materials and substrates
Understanding of color consistency and print quality standards
Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
