Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Business Manager to lead and drive business growth across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing national sales strategies, managing regional teams, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.

 

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Goods / Industrial sectors (depending on industry requirement)

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement national business development and sales strategies

Lead and manage regional sales managers and field teams across India

Drive revenue growth and achieve annual business targets

Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for business alignment

Prepare business forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for senior leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–18 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

Proven track record of managing large, multi-regional teams

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capability

Experience in handling national-level accounts and distribution networks
