Position: Sales / Development Manager – Base Oil
Location: Mumbai / Gujarat / Pan India
Industry: Petrochemical / Lubricant Raw Material

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Base Oil Sales Professional who can develop the lubricant manufacturer segment and generate high-volume business. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and hands-on experience in volume-based trading.

 

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in Base Oil / Lubricant Raw Material Sales

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly MT Target Achievement

New Business Development

Revenue and Profitability Growth

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Base Oil sales (SN150, SN500, Bright Stock, etc.)

Target lubricant manufacturers and blending units

Achieve monthly volume (MT) targets

Manage bulk supply contracts and long-term agreements

Conduct market research and monitor pricing trends

Drive business development and expand the customer base

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Base Oil grades and the lubricant market

Established customer network within the lubricant industry

Experience in volume-based trading business

Ability to generate immediate business after joining

Strong negotiation and commercial skills
