Job Summary

The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving international revenue growth for the company’s Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) services, including Accounting, Bookkeeping, AR/AP, MIS reporting, Virtual CFO services, and Payroll.

The role focuses on expanding business across US, UK, Australia, and European markets through strategic sales initiatives, multi-channel lead generation, and relationship management with international clients.

 

Work Environment

Permanently remote role.

Requires flexibility for late evening or early morning international client calls.

Candidate must have:

Graduation

B.Com

Post-Graduation (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. International Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive end-to-end sales for finance and accounting outsourcing services in international markets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain global clients.

Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

2. Lead Generation & Market Development

Generate leads through multiple channels such as:

LinkedIn outreach

Upwork

Fiverr

Email campaigns

Strategic partnerships

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.

3. Client Engagement & Proposal Management

Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating with finance and operations teams.

4. Sales Performance & CRM Management

Track sales activities using CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.

Manage and mentor a team of four executives or interns.
