Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Program Manager to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The role involves working closely with international clients and senior stakeholders to drive program execution, track partner performance, and support operational excellence.

The candidate will act as a key Point of Contact (POC) while managing program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven business operations. This role offers exposure to global clients and leadership teams while building strong program management capabilities.

 

Required Qualifications

Education

B.Tech (Mandatory)

MBA / PGDM (Preferred)

Academic Requirement

Minimum 60% or equivalent in Engineering and MBA.

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Program Management or related roles.

Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Client Management

Manage relationships with global partners and serve as the primary point of contact.

Establish regular communication with partners through meetings, updates, and reports.

Provide operational support and ensure smooth collaboration with stakeholders.

Program Execution

Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth execution of multiple initiatives.

Work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

Track program progress and ensure timely delivery.

Reporting & Forecasting

Create monthly forecasts and performance targets for partners.

Prepare regular reports, business reviews, and performance dashboards.

Develop structured reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

Business Insights & Strategy Support

Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decisions.

Contribute to sales and growth strategies through data-backed recommendations.

Program Coordination

Manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure alignment between stakeholders, teams, and program goals.
