Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer responsible for generating business from existing and new customers, managing sales operations, and ensuring smooth order execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial products along with sales and customer management skills.
Functional Requirements
B.E in Mechanical Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in sales of industrial products such as:
Industrial Chains
Bearings
Gears
Belts
Cutting Tools
Power Transmission Products
Knowledge of sales processes and commercial terms.
Strong negotiation skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Skills
Strong planning and execution skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
Punctual, disciplined, and proactive.
Positive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and generate sales from existing and new customers/dealers in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure successful closure of orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Handle pre-sales activities including customer documentation, agreements, and data requirements.
Manage post-sales follow-ups, including payment collection.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Prepare and execute monthly customer visit/contact plans.
Collect and share market feedback and insights with management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship management.
