Job Title: HR Manager / HR Officer
Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years
Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager / HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting business growth through effective HR practices.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA in HR preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience in HR generalist role

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team management and coordination skills
Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions

Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Performance Management:

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Monitor employee performance and development plans
  • Assist in training and development programs

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
  • Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements

Policy & Process Implementation:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper implementation across the organization
