Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
    OR
  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation industry
Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Conduct customer sales meetings
  • Deliver product overview and demos
  • Handle demo configurations and finalization
  • Manage sales funnel effectively
  • Work on GeM platform activities
  • Lead price negotiations and close orders
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Perform account mapping and identify opportunities
  • Participate in roadshows and events
  • Continuously upgrade product and sales skills
  • Participate in regular performance reviews

Performance Metrics (Measurement Matrix):

  • Sales Meetings: Number of meetings conducted
  • Product Demo: Quality of product demonstrations
  • Funnel Management: Number of phase changes, booking/shipment value
  • Relationship Building: Conversion of B category accounts to A
  • Account Mapping: Number of accounts mapped and value of leads generated
  • Events & Roadshows: Value of leads generated
  • Skill Development: Number of skills improved vs required
