We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Sales & Business Development Manager with 6 to 8+ years of experience to spearhead our revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and leading the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 6+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Network: An existing network or strong ability to build rapport quickly within the [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS/FinTech/Logistics] space.

Communication: Elite communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data and competitor activity to pivot strategies effectively.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and modern sales automation tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments, territories, and customer profiles to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Pitching & Negotiations: Lead high-stakes presentations and negotiations, tailoring value propositions to meet specific client needs and closing complex deals.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align outreach efforts with product capabilities and market trends.

Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and market feedback to optimize the sales process.
