Job Summary
The Head Nurse – Emergency & Anesthesia Area is responsible for overseeing nursing operations in the emergency department and anesthesia care units. The role involves managing critical patient care, ensuring rapid response during emergencies, and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and clinical excellence.
- Monitor inventory of medicines and emergency supplies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Address patient and family concerns with professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing)
- Valid nursing license / registration
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in emergency or anesthesia care
